You should move to this step only after validating a list of problems!

Validated means:

• You have performed 5-15 problem interviews with your ICP
• You have at least medium confidence that the problem is medium or highly important to your ICP based on these interviews and based on your experience 🚨** I can’t stress often enough how important it is not to skip the Problem step and the ICP step**. I have done it myself a few times and it doesn’t work.
