The goal of this step to create a longlist of problems and underserved needs our ICP faces.

After understanding the Jobs-to-be-done of our ICP, this is the second of five steps on our journey to understand the problems of our ICP on a deeper level.

We can create a longlist of problems and underserved needs by combining** jobs-to-be-done** with problem types.

The three problem types are:

• ❓Likelihood of achievement (the ICP feels that he/she is unlikely to complete the job)
